Return Policy

Effective September 1, 2008
Our commitment at CMEinfo is to satisfy our customers with the highest-quality products and service. In order to fulfill this mission, we are happy to allow you 15 days from the time you receive the product to determine whether it meets your educational needs. If you are not satisfied, we will accept returns and provide refunds within that period. Each returned program is subject to a $50 restocking fee, which includes inspection of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All cancellations must be in writing, and no refunds will be provided after the 15-day window unless the product is proven to be defective. Credit cannot be granted on any educational activity that is returned/canceled. We guarantee your program against defects in materials. Simply return any defective materials and we will replace them free of charge.

To make a return, call 800-633-4743 for a Return Authorization Code. Simply complete the packing ticket and return with the program to
100 Corporate Parkway, Suite 600, Birmingham, AL 35242. We recommend shipping through UPS or FedEx. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
