Description


This course covers all major topics in psychiatry including the latest evidence based guidelines. Taught by board certified and award winning faculty from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Yale University School of Medicine and University of Connecticut School of Medicine, Psychiatry Board Review includes 20 hours of lectures in psychiatry and 5 hours of lectures in neurology.

The topics in psychiatry include substance use disorders, affective disorders, anxiety disorders, biostatistics, child and adolescent psychiatry, law and psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, personality disorders, psychopharmacology, consultation-liaison psychiatry, psychotherapies and cross cultural psychiatry, psychotic disorders, sexual and sleep disorders and somatic symptom and related disorders.

The topics in neurology include dementias, headaches, infections of the nervous system, movement disorders, neuroanatomy neurodiagnostics, neurological examinations, neuromuscular disorders, neurotransmitters, pediatric neurology seizure disorders, trauma, vascular disorders.
