All learners, in-person and virtual, are required to check-in. Failure to do so will result in restricted access to essential conference forms and CE credit documents.
*Available within 60 minutes before the course starts, throughout the course, and up to 120 minutes after the course ends. One check-in per the conference. You do not need to check in each day.

- You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated.

(Option 2) QR Code using CloudCME Mobile App
- Download the app from your mobile (Apple App Store or Google Play)
- Input the organization code: UCLA
- Sign in using your username and password
- Click “Scan Attendance”
- Scan the QR code
Pre-Test
Evaluation, MOC Quiz, ACPE Creidt & CME Certificate
Please complete the evaluation at the end of each day.
Evaluation expires on Monday, October 31, 2024, at 11:59 pm.

- Also accessible by clicking MY CME and then the Evaluations & Certificates button
- Click the Complete Evaluation button.
- To receive full credit for the activity on both days, ensure that you evaluate all presentations by selecting the date tab and checking/evaluating each presentation.
- Upon completion of the presentation evaluations for each day, you will be redirected to the overall course evaluation.
- Your certificate of credit/attendance will be made available in the attendee’s portal after overall course evaluation is completed.
ACPE Credit Instruction (Deadline Monday, October 31, 2024)
To claim your ACPE Credit, please complete the same evaluation link above select “Yes – I wish to claim ACPE credit” and provide the necessary information. ACPE Credit will be provided to NABP CPE Monitor within 60 days after the activity completion.
ABIM MOC Quiz Instruction (Deadline Monday, October 31, 2024)
- Ensure your profession is set to a physician in the profile section.
- Complete the course evaluation.
- Once the evaluation is completed, the “Claim MOC” button will be activated for you in the evaluation section (https://ucla.cloud-cme.com/cme/EvalsAndCerts?P=200).
- Take the MOC quiz questions and score 75% or more by 10/31/2024.
- Your certificate with MOC completion statement will be accessible upon completion.
- Learners who achieved passing scores will be included in ACCME’s learner submission portal after the deadline. Please verify your MOC points with ABIM after November 10, 2024. CCPD does not provide a certificate or award ABIM MOC Point directly.
